QUARS: Evaluating Operations Worldwide 

The Intercruises Quality Reporting System (QUARS) is designed to monitor Intercruises service quality worldwide for port operations, turnarounds and shore excursions. The web, mobile and tablet ready system holds short questionnaires regarding service quality. These are completed by Intercruises port teams after every ship call, creating internal service ratings and an online view of service quality worldwide, identifying destinations or specific products that may need more support, whilst also highlighting strong performing destinations from which to source best practices.
