Lily oversees Intercruises’ turnaround and shore excursion operations in Malaysia, Brunei and the Philippines, while providing direction and guidance to ensure the continuity of service delivery. Supported by her specialized team, Lily drives the growth of the cruise industry in the region, while also promoting the Intercruises brand and its values. Prior to joining Intercruises in 2008, Lily handled operations in the cruise and transport industry.
