Jyoti Panchmatia
Regional Manager Middle East
Jyoti is responsible for overseeing Intercruises’ operations in the Middle East, ensuring the continuity and enhancement of quality service delivery across all ports. She joined Intercruises in 2013 and has over a decade of experience in the tourism industry. Jyoti works in close coordination with tourism boards, port and airport authorities, and oversees the development and implementation of new operational processes within the region. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai.
