Intercruises handled over 9000 cruise ship calls in 2011. We have offices located worldwide, with our head office in the port of Barcelona. There are over 300 full time employees, however on a peak day we will deploy and manage over 1200 customer service staff.
Today we continually look to expand through organic growth and strategic acquisitions, making our services available in a greater number of current, new and emerging destinations worldwide. Crucial to expansion is maintaining the service excellence that has been fundamental to our success. Currently we have a global reach extending to over 300 ports.
