Regional Management Team
Our business is split into regions, each managed by a Regional Director and their experienced teams, with the local knowledge and contacts to deliver an efficient service. These regions encompass over 50 countries in which Intercruises operates, with offices in over 300 ports, serving over 70 ocean and river cruise lines. The Regional Directors manage the delivery of all services in their region, offering a one stop shop to cruise ships in the area. By contacting the Regional Director, cruise lines can organise all aspects relating to cruise ship calls for an entire region.
Christian Bove
Manager Barcelona
Christian is responsible for all operations in Barcelona and has been working in the cruise industry since 1996. Christian has extensive knowledge of Barcelona and is a specialist in Shorex, Turnaround and Port Agency operations.
Serafín Blázquez
Port Agency Manager Mediterranean
With thirteen years experience in the port of Barcelona, Serafín is an expert in all aspects of port agency, including logistics, crew movements, transfer visas and customs permission.
Kevin O'Connor
President, North America & Caribbean
Kevin oversees the combined operations of all Intercruises businesses across North America, East and West coast, as well as the Caribbean. Previously Kevin was COO at Transport Management Services (TMS).

After more than ten years on cruise ships, Laura decided to stay ashore in Singapore. Together with her team, she is driving growth of the cruise industry in Asia.
Martin Bidgood
Regional Director Australia
Martin has seventeen years experience in the cruise handling industry, with extensive knowledge of the Australian region. He is a specialist in turnaround and shorex operations.

Regional Director Emerging Markets
With more than twenty years of destination experience worldwide, Bea brings invaluable knowledge to the Emerging Markets region. Her knowledge has helped expand operations in the river cruise industry and in Ocean cruise destinations.
Virginia Quintairos
Regional Director Mediterranean
Virginia has become a specialist in her field. She has over twelve years experience in the cruise Industry and has significantly contributed to the ongoing growth of the Spanish and Mediterranean cruise market.
Simon O'Sullivan
Regional Director Northern Europe
Simon coordinates operations across seven countries in Northern Europe. He has been working with Intercruises since 2004 and previously held roles with two of Europe's leading ground handlers
